Founded by Jesse Samek, Thirdside Partners has grown out of over 50 years of family owned and operated real estate in Los Angeles.

Direct investment decisions are based on the results of sophisticated fundamental analysis, detailed market research, and extensive due diligence. The company’s platform enables it to maintain a streamlined decision-making process by quickly analyzing investments, quantifying risks, and committing the resources necessary to immediately capitalize on opportunities.
As a GP-aligned partner, we focus on market participants whose proven sourcing, developing, financing and management capabilities can be enhanced by Thirdside’s investment and involvement. Our goal is to form long-term partnerships that can provide attractive ongoing investment opportunities.

JESSE SAMEK
MANAGING PARTNER
Jesse has extensive real estate investment experience and manages the entire deal process including sourcing, acquisitions, structuring, financing, construction, and design. Jesse is an investment partner and has participated in north of $500M of multifamily assets in Los Angeles and New York.
Jesse holds a M.S in Real Estate Development from New York University and a B.A from Hobart College.
